The Second Annual Edisto Blackwater Boogie- Celebrating The Edisto

Join us for the second annual Edisto Blackwater Boogie, an outdoor festival taking place at Givhans Ferry State Park from October 15th-17th, 2021!

The Boogie is the perfect variety of outdoor activities as well as performances from local musicians (lineup pending), food and drink trucks, kid-friendly activities, and more! Activities include a songwriter showcase on Friday evening, bonfire jam sessions, guided tours, and musical performances by local artists. Food and drink trucks will be on-site as well as artisan vendors. There will also be several fun activities just for the kids!

The Edisto Blackwater Boogie is a weekend-long event. Camping is encouraged! Immerse yourself in the experience by camping out under the stars. Tent and camper sites are available from the Givhans Ferry State Park. Camping at Givhans Ferry State Park is available for the full weekend.

After September 15th, tickets will be $35 for Friday, $40 for Saturday, or $55 for the weekend. Tickets for children ages 6-16 are $5. Kids 5 and under are free.

The event is rain or shine. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, the event will be canceled and all tickets refunded. Tickets are nonrefundable, but they are transferable.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

The Edisto Blackwater Boogie aims to “Celebrate the Edisto.” Funds raised from the festival will support improvements to the Givhans Ferry State Park and future Edisto Blackwater Boogies.

Several different members of the community have already pledged their support of the event, but the more support we get, the better able we are to make improvements to Givhans Ferry State Park and fund even better future festivals. Consider supporting a cause which is not only good but will also provide fun and entertainment to hundreds of people.
